College students today are “the natives” in the digital world, and their access to knowledge has undergone profound changes. As a “new fashion”, blended learning has increasingly become a new trend which further promotes the advantages of offline learning. Drawing on the concept of “conversational framework”, this study selects Yunbanke as an online learning tool to expound on blended teaching design of unit three “Harmonizing via Respect” from the textbook “New Era of Mingde College English”, with an attempt to provide students with more learning methods and options. It comes to the conclusion that “conversational framework” can enhance instructors’ overall awareness of teaching design, improve the feasibility of blended teaching, and achieve desired learning outcome better.
