基于PDCA模型的低空飞行空管工作分析：飞行特点、安全风险、应对措施

Abstract: 近年来，低空飞行航空器的飞行总量、产品类型等呈爆发式增长趋势，取得的社会效益很显著，但是在空中交通管理方面的工作统筹及落地较少。本文从“人、机、环、管”等方面，梳理分析低空飞行风险因素，归纳总结空中交通管理工作在人员管理、基础设施建设、专业设备配置等方面的风险因素，提出下一步工作计划。选取华山景区低空物流无人机运输项目，基于PDCA循环理论，制定了工作计划、设定了KPIs指标值，结合实际运行数据进行了目标值检查，并开展了优化迭代工作，实现了低空飞行工作的闭环管理。本文提出的PDCA循环与低空飞行试点项目相结合的持续改进机制，为进一步提升低空飞行空管保障能力提供工作思路，为逐步消除低空飞行安全风险因素提供理论参考。
In recent years, the total flight volume and product types of low-altitude flight aircraft have shown an explosive growth trend, achieving significant social benefits. However, there has been relatively little systematic planning and implementation in terms of air traffic management. This paper analyzes the risk factors of low-altitude flights from the perspectives of “human, equipment, environment, and management,” summarizes the risk factors in air traffic management work in areas such as personnel management, infrastructure construction, and specialized equipment configuration, and proposes next-step work plans. The Huashan Scenic Area low-altitude logistics drone transport project is selected as a case study. Based on the PDCA cycle theory, a work plan is formulated, KPIs target values are set, target inspections are conducted using actual operational data, and optimization and iteration efforts are carried out, achieving closed-loop management of low-altitude flight operations. The continuous improvement mechanism proposed in this paper, which integrates the PDCA cycle with low-altitude flight pilot projects, provides operational ideas for further enhancing air traffic control support capabilities for low-altitude flights and offers theoretical references for gradually eliminating safety risk factors in low-altitude flight operations.

Campus tourism in universities has become a new form of educational, leisure, and cultural tourism, and is a new force that cannot be ignored in China's tourism system. Abstract: 本文全面且深入地探讨了黔东南州香炉山景区防雷装置安全检测技术。首先详细分析了景区的地理和气象特征，包括复杂的地势、起伏的山脉、较高的海拔、亚热带湿润季风气候导致的高温多雨和湿度较大等，这些因素共同影响了雷电活动的规律。接着阐述了雷电对景区人员、建筑物和设施、电子设备等方面造成的多种危害，如直接击中和间接产生的跨步电压、接触电压对人员的威胁，对景区建筑结构的破坏、引发火灾的风险，以及对电子设备的干扰和损坏等。然后重点论述了防雷装置安全检测在保障人员生命安全、保护景区设施和财产、维护景区正常运营方面的重要性。详细介绍了香炉山景区防雷装置的类型及构成，包括接闪器、引下线、接地装置、等电位连接和浪涌保护器(SPD)等，并明确了防雷装置安全检测的技术要点和方法，如接闪器、引下线、接地装置、等电位连接和SPD的检测内容与方法。最后得出结论，强调加强景区防雷装置安全检测工作对于保障景区安全、促进可持续发展的重要意义，并提出了未来进一步提升检测工作的建议和方向。
This article comprehensively and deeply explores the safety inspection technology of lightning protection devices in Xianglushan Scenic Area, Qiandongnan Prefecture. Firstly, it analyzes in detail the geographical and meteorological characteristics of the scenic area, including the complex terrain, undulating mountains, high altitude, and the subtropical monsoon climate with high temperature, abundant rainfall and high humidity, which jointly affect the pattern of lightning activities. Then, it elaborates on the various hazards caused by lightning to personnel, buildings and facilities, and electronic equipment in the scenic area, such as the threat to personnel from direct strikes and indirect step voltage and contact voltage, the damage to the structure of scenic area buildings, the risk of fire, and the interference and damage to electronic equipment. Subsequently, it emphasizes the significance of safety inspection of lightning protection devices in ensuring the safety of personnel, protecting the facilities and property of the scenic area, and maintaining its normal operation. It provides a detailed introduction to the types and components of lightning protection devices in Xianglushan Scenic Area, including lightning rods, down conductors, grounding devices, equipotential bonding and surge protective devices (SPD), and clarifies the technical points and methods of safety inspection of lightning protection devices, such as the inspection contents and methods of lightning rods, down conductors, grounding devices, equipotential bonding and SPD. Finally, it concludes by emphasizing the importance of strengthening the safety inspection of lightning protection devices in the scenic area for ensuring its safety and promoting sustainable development, and puts forward suggestions and directions for further improving the inspection work in the future.

Abstract: 大众旅游时代的到来，使旅游日益成为现代人类社会主要的社会经济活动。随着社会生产力不断发展，劳动生产率不断提高，以及人们生活水平的迅速提高和带薪假期的增加，旅游业将持续高速度发展，成为世界最重要的经济部门之一。旅游公示语是景区的名片，它向人们传达提示、提醒、警告、请求、广而告之等意图，其社会功能是不言而喻的，其译写问题越来越受到各方面的重视。本文以目的论三原则为基础，对旅游景点三坊七巷景区公示语的日语翻译进行分析，发现了语用失误、语法错误、漏译等问题。要解决这些问题，我们应该加强多领域合作，引入跨学科分析方法，尝试现代化翻译手段，从而完善翻译理论与实践的对接，规范旅游景区标识语翻译环境。
Mass tourism has made tourism increasingly the main social and economic activity of modern human society. With the continuous development of productive forces and labor productivity, as well as the rapid improvement of living standards and the increase of paid holidays, tourism will continue to develop at a high speed and become one of the most important economic sectors in the world. Scenic area announcement is the business card of scenic spots, which conveys to people the intention of prompting, reminding, warning, requesting, publicizing, etc. The social function of the announcement is self-evident, and its translation issue is more and more valued by all aspects. Based on the three principles of Skopos theory, this paper analyzes the Japanese translation of the public language of the scenic spot Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, a famous tourist attraction in Fuzhou, and finds pragmatic errors, grammatical errors, and missing translations. Therefore, it’s essential to introduce cross-subject cooperation and analysis methods, and to try to modernize translation methods, so as to improve the docking of translation theory and practice, and standardize the translation environment of tourist attraction signs.

Abstract: 语言景观包括公共街道标志和商店标志等语言。南京夫子庙作为知名旅游景区，其语言景观调查研究较少。本文以贡院街和贡院西街的公共街道标志和商店标志为样本，对南京夫子庙地区的语言景观进行系统收集和详细分析。研究发现，南京夫子庙地区的语言景观数量种类丰富、功能多样，能够较好地满足广大游客的需求。但是与夫子庙文化展示相关的语言景观相对偏少，应以语言景观为依托加大南京地方文化的宣传。
Linguistic landscape includes languages used in public street signs, shop signs, and so on. As a well-known tourist scenic area, Nanjing Confucius Temple has received relatively little research on its linguistic landscape. Taking street signs and shop signs in Gongyuan Street and West Gongyuan Street as samples, this study collected and analyzed linguistic landscape in Nanjing Confucius Temple in specific. The research finds that the language landscape in the Confucius Temple area of Nanjing is rich in quantity and diverse in function, which can well meet the needs of a large number of tourists. However, the language landscape related to the cultural display of the Confucius Temple is relatively scarce. It is necessary to rely on the language landscape to strengthen the publicity of local culture in Nanjing.

Abstract: 本文以庐山丰富的思政教育资源为研究对象，基于马克思主义实践观和教育部“大思政课”建设要求，系统探析庐山研学与高校思政教育融合的逻辑路径与实践策略。当前，庐山研学与思政教育融合虽有一定成功实践案例，但仍存在教育资源与思政内容衔接薄弱、跨学科协同不足和评价机制缺失等问题，亟需高校思想政治教育工作者联合多方力量从主题化资源整合、跨学科协同、长效评价机制建设等方面提升庐山研学教育价值，形成育人合力，推动立德树人根本任务的实现。
Taking Lushan’s rich ideological and political education resources as the research object, this paper systematically explores the logical path and practical strategies for integrating Lushan study tours with ideological and political education in colleges and universities, based on the Marxist view of practice and the Ministry of Education’s requirements for the construction of “comprehensive ideological and political courses”. At present, although there are certain successful practical cases of the integration between Lushan study tours and ideological and political education, there are still problems such as weak connection between educational resources and ideological and political content, insufficient interdisciplinary collaboration, and lack of evaluation mechanisms. It is urgent for ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities to join forces with multiple parties to enhance the educational value of Lushan study tours from the aspects of thematic resource integration, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the construction of a long-term evaluation mechanism. This will help form a joint force in talent cultivation and promote the realization of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.

Abstract: This study takes Mount Tai Scenic Area as a case study to explore how big data technology can enhance the emergency rescue capability of scenic areas. This paper analyzes the methods and means of using big data technology to improve the emergency rescue capability of scenic spots and the shortcomings in the development and design of emergency rescue system. The research findings indicate that big data technology holds significant potential for application in emergency rescue operations in scenic areas, effectively improving the efficiency and accuracy of the scenic area’s re-sponse to emergencies.

Abstract:
风景名胜区地势陡峭，山体地势高出周边幅度大，对水气输送形成阻碍，往往使冷暖空气在此滞留，不时有强降雨出现，引发山洪泥石流灾害。遭遇短历时强降雨的情况下，多处飞流直下，山洪突发性强、成灾快，防御难度大，若应对处理不及时，极易造成群死群伤事件，影响社会和谐稳定。本次研究重点选择江西省宜春市明月山风景名胜区几次大的山洪过程，对数据进行科学分析，提出非工程措施和完善预警、科学有效地避险等方面的应对方案，其研究成果在2019年7月明月山风景名胜区突发山洪险情时得到印证，取得积极社会效果，得到江西省水利厅的肯定，为风景名胜区防御山洪灾害提供参考借鉴。
The Mingyue mountain is higher than the surrounding area, which hinders the water and air transportation, often makes the cold and warm air stay here, and sometimes there is heavy rainfall, which causes the flood and debris flow disasters. In the case of a short period of heavy rainfall, many places fly straight down, flash flood disaster and defense difficulties. It is easy to cause mass casualties if is not handled in a timely manner, which affect social harmony and stability. This study focuses on several major flash flood processes in Mingyue mountain scenic area, Yichun city, Jiangxi province, and makes scientific analysis of the data, and puts forward non-engineering measures, as well as improvement of early warning and effective risk avoidance countermeasures. We have obtained positive social effects when the Mingyue mountain torrents were happened in July 2019, which was affirmed by the Water Conservancy Department of Jiangxi Province, and provided reference for the prevention of mountain torrents in the national parks of scenic area.

Abstract:
为了解茂兰风景区物种多样性和生存现状，按照海拔高度和植被类型等因子的差异，采用样方法对茂兰生态旅游景区主要游览线路两侧物种资源进行调查，根据不同的群落外貌和组成划分对应的群落类型。结果表明，景区植物类型具有明显的多样性特点，共有植物174种(包括变种和少数栽培种)，隶属69科130属。笔者对这些植物进行了初步研究，以期对茂兰风景区植物多样性的监测和保护及可持续发展提出意见和对策。
In order to understand the species diversity and survival status of Maolan scenic spot, species resources on both sides of the main tour routes of Maolan ecotourism scenic spot were investigated by sampling method according to the differences of altitude and vegetation types, and the corresponding community types were divided according to the appearance and composition of different communities. The results showed that there were 174 species (including varieties and a few cultivated species), belonging to 69 families and 130 genera. This paper makes a preliminary study on these plants in order to put forward suggestions and Countermeasures for the monitoring, protection and sustainable development of plant diversity in Maolan scenic area.
基于游客评语分析的前童古镇旅游目的地形象感知研究

Abstract: 随着科技的不断进步，旅游目的地形象的塑造和传播方式发生了巨大的变革。借助网络平台，旅游目的地可以精准地定位潜在游客，传递独特的旅游文化和魅力。本文采用扎根理论对评语文本数据进行三级编码分析，从认知形象、情感形象和整体形象三个维度对前童古镇形象进行研究，得出了游客视角下的前童古镇旅游目的地形象。研究结果发现，前童古镇旅游发展仍存在不足之处。针对不足之处，提出了优化前童古镇旅游形象感知的建议。
With the continuous advancement of technology, the ways in which the image of tourist destinations is shaped and disseminated have undergone significant changes. Utilizing online platforms, tourist destinations can precisely target potential visitors to convey their unique cultural and charming appeals. This study adopts grounded theory to conduct a three-level coding analysis of comment text data, explores the image of Qiantong Ancient Town from the three perspectives of cognitive image, affective image, and overall image, and gets the image of tourist destinations of Qiantong Ancient Town based on tourists’ comment. The findings reveal areas where the tourism development of Qiantong Ancient Town is lacking. Based on these shortcomings, recommendations are proposed to optimize the perception of Qiantong Ancient Town’s tourist image.
