Tracing the Roots and Strategies for Response: A Review of Causes and Interventions for Obesity in Preschool Children

本文聚焦学龄前儿童肥胖问题展开研究。通过文献综述法，系统梳理相关内容。全球及我国学龄前儿童超重肥胖率呈上升态势，此问题已成为公共卫生领域的重大挑战。其成因复杂，涉及饮食、遗传、体育运动、睡眠等多方面因素。本文基于循证医学的三级预防体系作为干预措施，涵盖饮食、运动及健康教育干预，并强调多部门协同机制的重要性。未来研究将注重跨文化比较及干预措施长期效果跟踪，旨在为该领域政策制定与实践提供理论依据。
This study focuses on childhood obesity among preschool children. Through a literature review methodology, we systematically synthesize existing research. Globally and in China, the prevalence of overweight and obesity in preschool children has been rising, posing a significant public health challenge. The etiology of this condition is multifactorial, involving dietary habits, genetic predisposition, physical activity levels, sleep patterns, and other interrelated determinants. Guided by the evidence-based three-tiered prevention framework (primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention), this paper proposes interventions encompassing dietary management, exercise programs, and health education, while emphasizing the critical role of multi-sectoral collaboration. Future research should prioritize cross-cultural comparative studies and longitudinal tracking of intervention effectiveness, aiming to inform policy development and practical implementation in this field.
