With the rapid development of e-commerce, electronic transactions have become an important part of modern economic activities. However, the issue of false credit evaluations has increasingly become prominent, seriously disrupting the normal order of the electronic transaction market and damaging the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, merchants, and platforms. This paper aims to explore the legal regulation of false credit evaluations in electronic transactions, analyze the deficiencies in current laws and regulations, administrative supervision, judicial practice, technology, and platform responsibilities, and propose corresponding suggestions for improvement. Through practical analysis and exploration, this paper provides legal support for building a healthy and orderly electronic transaction market environment.
