%X 随着电子商务的迅猛发展&#65292;电子交易已成为现代经济活动的重要组成部分。然而&#65292;虚假信用评价问题日益凸显&#65292;严重扰乱了电子交易市场的正常秩序&#65292;损害了消费者、商家及平台的合法权益。本文旨在探讨电子交易中虚假信用评价的法律规制问题&#65292;分析当前法律法规、行政监管、司法实践及技术与平台责任等方面的不足&#65292;并提出相应的完善建议。通过实践剖析与实践探索&#65292;为构建健康、有序的电子交易市场环境提供法律支持。<br>With the rapid development of e-commerce, electronic transactions have become an important part of modern economic activities. However, the issue of false credit evaluations has increasingly become prominent, seriously disrupting the normal order of the electronic transaction market and damaging the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, merchants, and platforms. This paper aims to explore the legal regulation of false credit evaluations in electronic transactions, analyze the deficiencies in current laws and regulations, administrative supervision, judicial practice, technology, and platform responsibilities, and propose corresponding suggestions for improvement. Through practical analysis and exploration, this paper provides legal support for building a healthy and orderly electronic transaction market environment.
