Based on the analysis of the literature and theories related to the e-commerce of agricultural products, and taking the development of e-commerce of agricultural products as the starting point, this paper analyzes some legal problems existing in agricultural products and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the benign development of agricultural products in e-commerce.
