%X 在现代市场经济的不断发展下，网络技术也在飞速地发展，人工智能、大数据、区块链等手段的支撑下，农业产品也得到了相应的推广，并迅速地融入到了人们的生活之中。但是，随着网络经济的迅猛发展，各种法律问题也逐渐暴露出来，引起了众多学者的广泛关注与争议。通过对农产品电子商务相关文献和理论的分析，以农产品电子商务的发展作为切入点，对农产品存在的一些法律问题进行分析并提出相关的建议，从而推动电子商务中农产品的良性发展。
With the continuous development of the modern market economy, network technology is also developing rapidly, and with the support of artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain and other means, agricultural products have also been promoted and promoted accordingly, and quickly integrated into people’s lives. However, with the rapid development of the network economy, various legal issues have gradually been exposed. It has attracted widespread attention and controversy among many scholars. Based on the analysis of the literature and theories related to the e-commerce of agricultural products, and taking the development of e-commerce of agricultural products as the starting point, this paper analyzes some legal problems existing in agricultural products and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the benign development of agricultural products in e-commerce.
