Abstract:

近年来,为了在各自平台的建设发展、吸引流量,各电子商务企业纷纷投入了巨额资金,形成了资金缺口。为了弥补资金缺口,各家电子商务企业都普遍地使用财务杠杆去实现这一目标,但同时财务风险也随之增加了。在电子商务企业中,苏宁易购是行业中的佼佼者,具有很强的代表性和典型性。因此,对苏宁易购财务风险出现的原因进行深层次分析,同时给出合理的解决建议或意见,这能帮助其他同类电子商务企业优化改良其财务决策,更好地使用财务杠杆去降低企业财务风险,并显著提高其经营效益。
In recent years, to build and develop their platforms and attract traffic, various e-commerce companies have invested huge amounts of capital, resulting in significant funding gaps. To fill these gaps, e-commerce companies have widely used financial leverage, which has also increased financial risks. Among e-commerce companies, Suning.com stands out as a leader in the industry, with strong representativeness and typicality. Therefore, a deep analysis of the reasons for financial risks at Suning.com, along with reasonable suggestions or opinions, can help other similar e-commerce companies to optimize and improve their financial decisions, better use financial leverage to reduce corporate financial risks, and significantly improve their operational efficiency.
