Abstract

Energy issues remain a critical concern in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), particularly in rural areas, where access to electricity is still limited due to weak public policies in this area. In Tshopo Province, specifically in the ABATA Grouping, observations indicate relatively low adoption of photovoltaic systems and a preference for them over other energy systems due to cost, ease of energy supply, and associated benefits.
