Abstract

In the long history of China, the unification of characters by Qin Dynasty is an important milestone. Through a series of measures, Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of Qin Dynasty, successfully unified the writing style and pronunciation of Chinese characters. The unification of characters by Qin Dynasty not only had a profound impact on the ancient Chinese character culture, but also played a positive role in promoting the development of characters and cultural exchanges in later generations.
