Python and Applications is a traditional engineering course, so the content of the course is mainly technical content. In this paper, we do not directly add ideological and political elements to the course, but use the case teaching method to reflect the ideological and political education. At the same time, it is further pointed out that the ideological and political cases can be flexibly adjusted according to the latest political content or the actual situation of the local, so that the teaching activities based on the ideological and political cases have the characteristics of flexibility.
