Propuesta de gestión de cadena de abastecimiento verde para empresa comercializadora de suministros eléctricos

this paper aims to introduce a proposal to implement a green supply chain management model (gscm) for an electric supplies company in medellín. to achieve this, the first step taken is revising the gscm's theoretical concepts until developing a corporative case, including the description of the organization, the strategies and practices used. the conclusion is that gscm allows the company to develop a focus which not only can impact productivity, but contribute to sustainability from the relationships with suppliers and clients. in addition, the proposal turns into a focus that contributes to the adoption of gscm in similar companies.
