La rectificación de la injusticia en Nozick: debates e implicaciones para los reclamos territoriales indígenas

robert nozick formulates the principle of rectification of historical injustices, and advocates the possibility of income redistribution in the service of that principle. in the framework of his political theory, i first examine here the concept of rectification as well as some of its critiques. secondly, i address the implications of the principle of rectification for indian land claims. i argue that the principle does not require a redistributive model, and that a proposal more compatible with a respect for nozickean property rights would be the allocation of fiscal land or property to the native peoples.
