EFECTO DE LAS SUPERFICIES E INTERFACES EN LAS PROPIEDADES DE LA MATERIAKeywords: solid-solid interfaces, interfacial roughness, magnetic properties of interfaces in multilayer, thin film mechanical properties, hard coatings and corrosion. Abstract: we discuss the effect of interfaces on different physical properties in artificially grown materials when their dimensions are in the nanometer scale. specifically we present results of magnetic properties in ferromagnetic / antiferromagnetic bilayers based on calcium doped lanthanum manganite perovskite oxide; mechanical and corrosive properties in tin/zrn and hfn/vn superlattices.
