Estudio comparativo de la satisfacción laboral universitaria en el núcleo de Anzoátegui de la Universidad de Oriente

this empirical research is aimed to compare the factors that affect job satisfaction of the teachers at universidad de oriente (udo), at anzoátegui, between years 2004 and 2009. a research instrument containing the socio-demographic variables as well as some others related to job satisfaction, grouped into factors according to the job satisfaction scale was applied to a sample of 200 teachers. the information was processed with the spss program, version 17, using the t student analysis in order to compare the averages with a statistical significance level of p≤0,05. the results show that the economic aspect (remunerations) and the university facilities (physical conditions) are the conditioning factors of job satisfaction.
