%0 Journal Article %T Estudio comparativo de la satisfacci¨®n laboral universitaria en el n¨²cleo de Anzo¨¢tegui de la Universidad de Oriente %A Rodr¨ªguez %A Daysi %A N¨²£¿ez %A Linda %A C¨¢ceres %A Alfonso %J Investigaci¨®n y Postgrado %D 2010 %I Scientific Electronic Library Online %X this empirical research is aimed to compare the factors that affect job satisfaction of the teachers at universidad de oriente (udo), at anzo¨¢tegui, between years 2004 and 2009. a research instrument containing the socio-demographic variables as well as some others related to job satisfaction, grouped into factors according to the job satisfaction scale was applied to a sample of 200 teachers. the information was processed with the spss program, version 17, using the t student analysis in order to compare the averages with a statistical significance level of p¡Ü0,05. the results show that the economic aspect (remunerations) and the university facilities (physical conditions) are the conditioning factors of job satisfaction. %K job satisfaction %K professors %K conditioning factors. %U http://www.scielo.org.ve/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S1316-00872010000100004&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
