Abstract:

随着电商经济的发展,对烘焙行业的营销产生深刻影响。本文综合对烘焙行业营销现状分析,运用SWOT分析法对行业自身存在的优势、劣势、面临的机会与威胁进行分析研究,发现烘焙行业在营销中仍存在依赖传统渠道、数据应用不足、广告投放与消费需求错配以及品牌建设薄弱等问题,并针对烘焙行业目前存在的问题提出解决方案。有效解决产品多样性、定价的灵活性、渠道完善性等关乎行业发展的问题,从而提升消费者忠诚度和满意度,实现行业的可持续发展。
With the development of e-commerce economy, it has had a profound impact on the marketing of the baking industry. This paper comprehensively analyzes the current marketing situation and external environment of the baking industry, and uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze and study the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by the industry itself. It is found that there are still problems such as reliance on traditional channels, insufficient application of data, mismatch between advertising placement and consumer demand, and weak brand building in the marketing of the baking industry. And propose solutions to the current problems existing in the baking industry. Effectively address issues related to the development of the industry such as product diversity, pricing flexibility, channel completeness, and promotional diversity, thereby enhancing consumer loyalty and satisfaction and achieving sustainable development of the industry.
