针对变电站二次设备硬压板操作中传统绝缘胶密封方式存在的易脱落、耗材浪费、效率低下及依赖人工检查等问题，提出一种集成防误操作与快速密封功能的新型装置。该装置通过机械联动设计实现在压板开启瞬间自动完成密封动作，消除人为操作疏漏风险，同时内置可定制化警示标签以强化防误提醒功能。相较于传统工艺，该技术突破性地将操作与密封流程整合，使单次作业时间缩短约40%，绝缘胶用量减少70%以上，并建立标准化操作流程，有效规避因材料短缺导致的作业中断。工程试验表明，该装置可显著提升运维安全性和工作效率，为智能变电站防误体系建设提供创新解决方案。
Aiming at the problems of easy falling off, waste of consumables, low efficiency, and dependence on manual inspection in the traditional insulation rubber sealing method in the hard plate operation of secondary equipment in the substation, a new device integrating anti-misoperation and fast sealing function is proposed. Through the mechanical linkage design, the device can automatically complete the sealing action at the moment of opening the platen, eliminate the risk of human operation omission, and build a customizable warning label to strengthen the anti-misoperation reminder function. Compared with the traditional process, this technology integrates the operation and sealing process in a breakthrough way, which shortens the single operation time by about 40%, reduces the amount of insulation adhesive by more than 70%, and establishes a standardized operation process to effectively avoid the operation interruption caused by material shortage. The engineering test shows that the device can significantly improve the operation and maintenance safety and work efficiency, and provide innovative solutions for the construction of an intelligent substation anti-misoperation system.
