Aiming at the problems of easy falling off, waste of consumables, low efficiency, and dependence on manual inspection in the traditional insulation rubber sealing method in the hard plate operation of secondary equipment in the substation, a new device integrating anti-misoperation and fast sealing function is proposed. Through the mechanical linkage design, the device can automatically complete the sealing action at the moment of opening the platen, eliminate the risk of human operation omission, and build a customizable warning label to strengthen the anti-misoperation reminder function. Compared with the traditional process, this technology integrates the operation and sealing process in a breakthrough way, which shortens the single operation time by about 40%, reduces the amount of insulation adhesive by more than 70%, and establishes a standardized operation process to effectively avoid the operation interruption caused by material shortage. The engineering test shows that the device can significantly improve the operation and maintenance safety and work efficiency, and provide innovative solutions for the construction of an intelligent substation anti-misoperation system. %K 误操作, %K 压板密封, %K 二次设备
