Abstract:

在全球经济一体化背景下,金融数字化转型成为不可逆转的趋势。商业银行在这一进程中既迎来了前所未有的机遇,也面临着诸多挑战。个人信贷业务作为商业银行的核心业务之一,对银行的竞争力和市场份额具有至关重要的影响。在银行个人信贷业务发展过程中,深入了解客户需求,从客户角度研发新产品有利于商业银行提高竞争力。基于此,本研究针对X银行某分行客户群体,在充分调研和分析的基础上,深入探讨数字化转型背景下影响个人信贷业务的诸多因素,旨在为商业银行的转型升级和提升核心竞争力提供有益的参考和借鉴。
In the context of global economic integration, the digital transformation of finance has become an irreversible trend. Commercial banks have encountered unprecedented opportunities as well as numerous challenges in this process. As one of the core businesses of commercial banks, personal credit business has a crucial impact on the bank’s competitiveness and market share. In the development process of personal credit business in banks, in-depth understanding of customer needs and developing new products from the customer’s perspective is beneficial for commercial banks to enhance their competitiveness. Based on this, this study focuses on the customer group of a branch of Bank X. Based on sufficient research and analysis, it deeply explores the many factors that affect personal credit business under the background of digital transformation, aiming to provide useful references and guidance for the transformation and upgrading of commercial banks and the enhancement of their core competitiveness.
