数字消费时代老年群体网络消费风险的社会工作干预策略研究

Abstract:
在人口老龄化与数字技术迅速发展的双重背景下,老年群体面临的网络消费风险成为亟待解决的社会问题。本研究基于社会工作的视角系统梳理老年群体网络消费风险的四个维度:诱导性消费、虚假宣传、支付安全及维权困境,并据此提出多维度介入策略。微观层面聚焦个体能力提升与心理支持,中观层面构建社区支持网络与家庭反哺机制,宏观层面推动跨部门协同治理与社会教育宣传,旨在系统性提升老年群体的网络消费能力与风险防范意识,助力其融入数字社会。
Against the backdrop of an aging population and the rapid development of digital technology, the online consumption risks faced by the elderly have become a pressing social issue that needs to be addressed. This study, from the perspective of social work, systematically reviews the four dimensions of online consumption risks for the elderly: induced consumption, false advertising, payment security, and difficulties in rights protection. Based on this, it proposes multi-dimensional intervention strategies. At the micro level, it focuses on enhancing individual capabilities and providing psychological support; at the meso level, it builds community support networks and family feedback mechanisms; at the macro level, it promotes cross-departmental collaborative governance and social education and publicity. The aim is to systematically enhance the online consumption capabilities and risk prevention awareness of the elderly, and help them integrate into the digital society.
