乡村振兴背景下研究生支教团助力农村电商高质量发展的路径探索
Exploring the Pathways for Postgraduate Volunteer Teaching Groups to Facilitate High-Quality Development of Rural E-Commerce under the Rural Revitalization Context

产业振兴是乡村振兴的核心任务。2025年中央一号文件再次提出要推动农村电商高质量发展，以数字技术赋能农业农村现代化。近年来，农村电商在政策支持下蓬勃发展，但仍面临人才短缺、技术应用不足、居民参与度低等挑战。研究生支教团作为高校青年人才的重要力量，兼具专业知识与社会服务意识，能够通过教育支持、技术培训、资源链接等方式助力农村电商发展。本文结合乡村振兴战略背景，分析农村电商的发展现状与困境，探讨研究生支教团在技能培训及资源整合等方面的独特作用，并提出具体建议，以期为农村电商高质量发展提供理论与实践支持。
Industrial revitalization is the core task of rural revitalization. In 2025, the No. 1 document of the central government once again proposed to promote the high-quality development of rural e-commerce and empower agriculture and rural modernization with digital technology. In recent years, rural e-commerce has developed vigorously with policy support, but it still faces the challenges of talent shortage, insufficient technology application and low participation of residents. As an important force of young talents in universities, the graduate volunteer teaching group has both professional knowledge and social service consciousness, and can help the development of rural e-commerce through educational support, technical training, resource link and other ways. Based on the strategic background of rural revitalization, this paper analyzes the development status and dilemma of rural e-commerce, discusses the unique role of graduate teachers in skill training and resource integration, and puts forward specific suggestions in order to provide theoretical and practical support for the high-quality development of rural e-commerce.
