在乡村振兴战略持续深入实施的进程中，数字技术通过驱动农业生产智能化转型、农村产业结构优化升级、乡村治理精细化变革、公共服务均等化供给以及乡村人才生态活化，构筑起赋能乡村振兴的内在逻辑架构。然而，在实践进程中，面临数字基础设施欠发达、专业人才稀缺以及技术与农业耦合度不足等现实困境。基于此，本文从完善基础设施建设体系、重塑人才培育与流动机制、深化技术与产业融合路径以及创新乡村发展商业模式等维度，提出系统性应对策略，旨在突破数字技术赋能乡村振兴的瓶颈，推动乡村经济社会的数字化跃迁与可持续发展，为农业农村现代化建设提供理论依据与实践指引。
In the continuous and in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, digital technology has built an internal logical framework to empower rural revitalization by driving the intelligent transformation of agricultural production, optimizing and upgrading the rural industrial structure, refining rural governance, ensuring equal supply of public services, and revitalizing the rural talent ecosystem. However, in the practical process, there are practical difficulties such as underdeveloped digital infrastructure, scarce professional talents, and insufficient coupling between technology and agriculture. Based on this, this article proposes systematic response strategies from the dimensions of improving the infrastructure construction system, reshaping the talent cultivation and mobility mechanism, deepening the integration of technology and industry, and innovating rural development business models, aiming to break through the bottleneck of digital technology empowering rural revitalization, promote the digital transformation and sustainable development of rural economy and society, and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
