应用型高校大学生领悟社会支持和职业成熟度的关系：核心自我评价的中介作用

Abstract:
本研究选取229名应用型高校大学生作为研究对象，采用问卷调查法探究大学生领悟社会支持、核心自我评价和职业成熟度及其各维度在人口学变量上的差异，并以核心自我评价作为中介变量，探讨领悟社会支持与职业成熟度之间的关系。研究结论为：领悟社会支持和职业成熟度呈显著正相关；领悟社会支持与核心自我评价呈显著正相关；核心自我评价与职业成熟度呈显著正相关；核心自我评价在领悟社会支持和职业成熟度之间的完全中介效应显著。
In this study, 229 applied college students were selected as research subjects, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to explore the differences of perceived social support, core self-evaluation, career maturity and their demographic variables, and the relationship between perceived social support and career maturity was explored by using core self-evaluation as an intermediary variable. The results showed that perceived social support was significantly positively correlated with career maturity, perceived social support was significantly positively correlated with core self-evaluation, and core self-evaluation was significantly positively correlated with career maturity. Core self-evaluation has a significant and complete mediating effect between perceived social support and career maturity.
