In this study, 229 applied college students were selected as research subjects, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to explore the differences of perceived social support, core self-evaluation, career maturity and their demographic variables, and the relationship between perceived social support and career maturity was explored by using core self-evaluation as an intermediary variable. The results showed that perceived social support was significantly positively correlated with career maturity, perceived social support was significantly positively correlated with core self-evaluation, and core self-evaluation was significantly positively correlated with career maturity. Core self-evaluation has a significant and complete mediating effect between perceived social support and career maturity. %K 领悟社会支持, %K 职业成熟度, %K 核心自我评价, %K 中介
