信息化、数字化、智能化的时代到来，医药企业正面临着巨大的挑战与机遇。医药企业的数字化转型也不能仅仅局限于某一环节、某项技术，还要涉及到全流程、全产业链的集成。顺应大数据数字时代浪潮、促进医药行业自身数字化水平的提高，成为稳固自身地位可持续发展的关键步伐。由此，本文以数字经济为背景，分析了当下医药企业的现状和进行数字化转型的原因，同时针对数字化转型的过程中存在的挑战与难点，提出相应的对策建议，以此为医药企业进行数字化转型，促进可持续发展提供有效参考。
With the advent of informationization, digitalization and intelligence, pharmaceutical enterprises are facing huge challenges and opportunities. The digital transformation of pharmaceutical enterprises can not only be limited to a certain link, a certain technology, but also involves the integration of the whole process and the whole industry chain. Conforming to the wave of the digital era of big data and promoting the improvement of the digital level of the pharmaceutical industry itself has become the key step to stabilize its position and sustainable development. Therefore, based on the background of digital economy, this paper analyzes the current status of pharmaceutical enterprises and the reasons for digital transformation. At the same time, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the challenges and difficulties in the process of digital transformation, so as to provide effective reference for pharmaceutical enterprises to carry out digital transformation and promote sustainable development.
