多元主体参与青少年网络成瘾治理对策研究——以兰州市为例
Research on the Countermeasures of Multiple Subjects Participating in the Governance of Youth Internet Addiction^{—Taking Lanzhou City as an Example}

运用文献研究法、实地调查法与调查研究法，梳理国内外青少年网络成瘾的研究现状，通过调查问卷与结构式访谈，了解兰州市青少年网络成瘾的现状，分析兰州市青少年网络成瘾的原因，综合研究内容提出多元主体参与兰州市青少年网瘾治理的对策，即：加强自我教育是青少年网瘾治理的基础；家长的示范和良好的家庭氛围是青少年网瘾治理的保障；学校积极引导是青少年网瘾治理的有效途径；社会工作方法和理念的介入是青少年网瘾治理的专业途径；政府与社会协同参与是青少年治理的长效机制。多元主体合力治理青少年网络成瘾，促进青少年健康、全面发展。
By using the methods of literature research, field survey and investigation, this paper combs the research status of Internet Addiction of teenagers at home and abroad, understands the current situation of Internet Addiction of teenagers in Lanzhou city through questionnaire and semi-structured interview, analyzes the causes of Internet Addiction of teenagers in Lanzhou City, and puts forward the Countermeasures of multiple subjects participating in the governance of Internet Addiction of teenagers in Lanzhou city: Strengthening self-education is the basis of youth’s Internet addiction governance; parents’ demonstration and good family atmosphere are the guarantee of youth’s Internet addiction governance; school’s active guidance is the effective way of youth’s Internet addiction governance; the intervention of social work methods and ideas is the professional way of youth’s Internet addiction governance; the collaborative participation of government and society is the long-term mechanism of youth’s Internet addiction governance. Multiple subjects work together to control teenagers’ Internet addiction and promote their healthy and all-round development.
