农业新质生产力赋能乡村电商高质量发展的路径研究
Research on the Pathways of Empowering Rural E-Commerce High-Quality Development through New Quality Productivity in Agriculture

农业新质生产力依托科技创新，运用智能化、绿色化等技术手段，提高农业生产效率和产品质量，是驱动农业现代化的新型力量。农业新质生产力与乡村电商高质量发展在实现乡村振兴这一根本要求上具有内在一致性。新质生产力逐渐融入社会各领域，但融入农业领域的相关理论研究成果较少。新时代乡村电商高质量发展存在人才短缺、技术滞后、品牌匮乏、政策有限等现实困境。因此，从主体建设、载体供应、制度保障、模式创新四个方面，深入挖掘农业新质生产力赋能乡村电商高质量发展的路径。
The new quality productivity in agriculture is centered on technological innovation and employs methods such as intelligentization and greening to enhance agricultural production efficiency and quality, thereby driving agricultural modernization. The new quality productivity in agriculture shares an intrinsic consistency with the high-quality development of rural e-commerce in fulfilling the fundamental requirement of rural revitalization. Although new quality productivity is gradually being integrated into various sectors of society, there is relatively limited theoretical research on its incorporation into the agricultural sector. The high-quality development of rural e-commerce in the new era faces practical challenges, including a shortage of talent, a technological lag, a lack of brand recognition, and limited policy support. Therefore, it is necessary to explore pathways for leveraging new quality productivity in agriculture to empower the high-quality development of rural e-commerce from four aspects: capacity building, resource supply, systemic guarantees, and model innovation.
