Today’s society has entered a brand-new cultural era, and the proportion of culture in higher education in universities is also prominent. Especially, the management of graduate student dormitories has become a weak and difficult point in the cultural construction of universities. This article will analyze the problems faced in the construction of graduate student dormitories based on aspects such as the cultural construction and safety construction of graduate student dormitories. On the basis of the school conditions, national conditions, and the growth laws of students, it proposes ideas and methods for the construction of university dormitories.
