%X 高校研究生宿舍管理是高校学生工作较为敏感且重要的领域。目前各个高校都重视研究生宿舍管理工作&#65292;其宿舍管理中出现的问题和高校研究生有着密切的关联。随着全国研究生招生数量的全面扩大&#65292;研究生在教育体系中的占比逐渐增加&#65292;管理工作中突出的问题愈发严峻。本文将立足于高校研究生宿舍文化建设、安全建设等方面来分析研究生宿舍建设所面临的问题&#65292;在立足于校情、国情以及学生成长规律的基础上&#65292;提出了高校宿舍建设的思路以及方法。<br>The management of graduate student dormitories is a relatively sensitive and significant domain in the student affairs work of universities, and graduate students in the new era are the core force promoting the development and prosperity of socialism. At present, all universities attach importance to the management of graduate student dormitories, and the problems emerging in dormitory management are closely associated with graduate students in universities. With the comprehensive expansion of the enrollment of graduate students nationwide, the proportion of graduate students in the education system is gradually increasing, and the prominent problems in management are becoming more and more severe. Today&#8217;s society has entered a brand-new cultural era, and the proportion of culture in higher education in universities is also prominent. Especially, the management of graduate student dormitories has become a weak and difficult point in the cultural construction of universities. This article will analyze the problems faced in the construction of graduate student dormitories based on aspects such as the cultural construction and safety construction of graduate student dormitories. On the basis of the school conditions, national conditions, and the growth laws of students, it proposes ideas and methods for the construction of university dormitories.
