Abstract:

丝路文化以其深厚的历史底蕴、广泛的地理覆盖和多元的饮食传统,成为餐饮市场创新设计的元素。丝路文化以其独特的多元性、包容性和融合性,以及丰富的文化符号和传统美食,成为餐饮空间创新设计的重要灵感来源,餐饮作为文化交流的重要载体,承担着传递文化信息、增进人民友谊的重任。文章旨在探讨丝路文化对主题性餐饮空间设计的影响,从丝路文化元素与现代餐饮空间设计的结合视角,对现有丝路文化餐厅设计进行总结与分析,通过系统分析丝路文化元素及其在主题餐厅设计中的应用,提出一套综合考虑历史文化、艺术审美和现代需求的设计方案,旨在打造既有文化底蕴又有现代感的空间体验。通过文化餐饮的形式传播丝路文化,实现餐饮业经济效益的提升,并在全球化背景下促进文化的传承与发展,进而推动民族与文化自信的构建。
Silk Road culture, with its deep historical heritage, extensive geographical coverage and diversified food traditions, has become an element of innovative design in the catering market. Silk Road culture, with its unique diversity, inclusiveness and integration, as well as rich cultural symbols and traditional cuisine, has become an important source of inspiration for the innovative design of catering space. As an important carrier of cultural exchanges, catering bears the heavy responsibility of transmitting cultural information and promoting friendship between people. This paper aims to explore the influence of Silk Road culture on the design of thematic catering space, summarize and analyze the design of the existing Silk Road cultural restaurant from the perspective of the combination of Silk Road cultural elements and modern catering space design, systematically analyze the Silk Road cultural elements and their application in the design of themed restaurants, and propose a set of design schemes that comprehensively consider history and culture, artistic aesthetics and modern needs. It aims to create a space experience with both cultural heritage and modern sense. Through the dissemination of Silk Road culture in the form of cultural catering, the economic benefits of the catering industry can be improved, and cultural inheritance and development can be promoted in the context of globalization, thus promoting the construction of national and cultural self-confidence.
