Abstract:

授权型领导作为一种强调赋予权力给下属的管理方式,它可以激发员工的积极性和主动性,在当今社会,它已成为一种有效的管理策略,可以帮助企业实现更好的发展。本文梳理了授权型领导的内涵、维度及测量和相关变量关系研究,对授权型领导进行充分的认识和了解,并对企业如何有效授权型领导提出建议。
Empowering leadership, as a management approach that emphasizes delegating power to subordinates, can stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of employees. In today’s society, it has become an effective management strategy that can help enterprises achieve better development. This paper sorts out the connotation, dimensions, measurement and related variable relationship research of empowering leadership, conducts a full understanding and knowledge of empowering leadership, and puts forward suggestions on how enterprises can effectively empower leadership.
