In today&#8217;s society, it has become an effective management strategy that can help enterprises achieve better development. This paper sorts out the connotation, dimensions, measurement and related variable relationship research of empowering leadership, conducts a full understanding and knowledge of empowering leadership, and puts forward suggestions on how enterprises can effectively empower leadership.
