Abstract:

近年来,随着国家乡村振兴战略的深入实施,农村电商作为助力农村经济发展、提高农民收入的重要手段,受到了政府和社会各界的高度关注。与此同时,政府引领农村电商发展逐渐成为推进乡村振兴的关键路径之一。本文从乡村振兴的背景出发,探讨了政府引领农村电商的内在关系,分析了政府在推动农村电商发展中的关键作用,并提出了在政府引领下促进农村电商可持续发展的具体路径。研究表明,政府在加强农村电商组织化建设、提升电商人才素质、推动政策落实等方面发挥着不可替代的作用,是实现农村电商长期发展和乡村振兴目标的核心保障。
In recent years, with the deepening implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy, rural e-commerce has gained significant attention from both the government and various sectors of society as an important tool for promoting rural economic development and increasing farmers’ incomes. At the same time, government-led development of rural e-commerce has gradually become one of the key pathways for advancing rural revitalization. This paper starts from the background of rural revitalization to explore the intrinsic relationship between government leadership and rural e-commerce, analyzing the key role of the government in promoting the development of rural e-commerce, and proposing specific pathways for promoting the sustainable development of rural e-commerce under government guidance. The study shows that the government plays an irreplaceable role in strengthening the organizational construction of rural e-commerce, improving the quality of e-commerce talent, and promoting the implementation of policies. It is a core guarantee for achieving the long-term development of rural e-commerce and the goals of rural revitalization.
