新质生产力视角下农村电商的服务体系建设与优化研究

Abstract:
随着数字经济时代的到来,农村电商作为推动乡村振兴的新兴力量,其服务体系正面临新质生产力带来的深刻变革。本文聚焦当前农村电商发展的关键环节,发现主要存在四方面问题:电商平台运营模式单一,未能有效对接农产品特色;农村物流存在“最后一公里”配送效率低、成本高等瓶颈;金融服务与农业产销周期匹配不足,难以满足经营主体需求;专业人才短缺与质量监管体系薄弱制约可持续发展。针对这些问题,本文提出应构建智能化供应链体系以提升物流效率,完善数字金融产品服务网络,同时加强农村电商人才梯队建设与标准化监管机制,希望能够通过新质生产力与传统要素的有机融合,有效激活农村电商发展动能,为我国农村经济的繁荣提供持续助力。
In the context of the digital economy era, rural e-commerce, emerging as a pivotal driver for rural revitalization, is undergoing substantial transformations in its service system, spurred by new quality productive forces. This study zeroes in on the critical junctures of contemporary rural e-commerce development and uncovers four primary issues. Firstly, the operational models of e-commerce platforms are rather homogeneous, failing to seamlessly align with the unique attributes of agricultural products. Secondly, rural logistics is plagued by bottlenecks such as low “last-mile” delivery efficiency and exorbitant costs. Thirdly, financial services exhibit a misalignment with the agricultural production-marketing cycle, rendering it arduous to satiate the requirements of business entities. Fourthly, the dearth of professional talents and the frailty of the quality supervision system impede sustainable development. In response to these challenges, this paper advocates the establishment of an intelligent supply chain system to enhance logistics efficacy, the refinement of the service network for digital financial products, and the reinforcement of the talent echelon in rural e-commerce, along with the implementation of a standardized regulatory mechanism. It is anticipated that through the organic integration of new quality productive forces and traditional factors, the development impetus of rural e-commerce can be effectively invigorated, thereby furnishing continuous impetus for the prosperity of China’s rural economy.
