数字经济治理是推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分，也是数字时代实现乡村振兴的关键路径。近年来，农村电商蓬勃发展，不仅加速了农村产业升级和农民增收，更在城乡融合发展中发挥了重要作用，为乡村经济注入了崭新活力。农村电商依托政策引导、技术赋能、平台支持与生态协同，持续优化重塑农村产业链，为乡村振兴提供了有力支撑。基于数字治理理论视角，应着力健全农村电商法律体系，完善财政投入以加强数字基础设施建设，构建多主体协同发展机制，并强化电商人才培养体系，从而推动农村电商高质量、可持续发展，为全面实现乡村振兴目标提供坚实保障。
Digital economic governance is an important part of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, and it is also a key path to achieving rural revitalization in the digital era. In recent years, the vigorous development of rural e-commerce has not only accelerated the upgrading of rural industries and the increase of farmers’ incomes, but also played an important role in the integration of urban and rural development, injecting new vitality into the rural economy. Relying on policy guidance, technology empowerment, platform support and ecological coordination, rural e-commerce continues to optimize and reshape the rural industrial chain, providing strong support for rural revitalization. Based on the theoretical perspective of digital governance, efforts should be made to improve the legal system of rural e-commerce, improve financial investment to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure, build a multi-subject collaborative development mechanism, and strengthen the training system of e-commerce talents, so as to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of rural e-commerce, and provide a solid guarantee for the comprehensive realization of the goal of rural revitalization.
