提高《酒及酒文化》通识教育课程教学质量的策略

Abstract:
酒文化是与酒有关的一切社会活动,酒不仅是物质的,还是精神生活的媒介,在我国传统文化中占据重要地位。酒文化作为一门融合历史、文化、科学等多个领域的综合性课程,其教学质量对学生的综合素养和文化修养具有重要意义。本文阐明了酒与酒文化课开设的背景、意义及开课内容,提出了在开设《酒和酒文化》课程中出现的问题和解决的策略及方法,以期提高学生对《酒及酒文化》课程的学习兴趣和深度理解,同时提高教学质量,达到教学目标,为培养具有全球视野和跨文化素养的优秀人才奠定基础。
Wine culture is all social activities related to wine, which is not only material, but also a medium of spiritual life, and occupies an important position in China’s traditional culture. As a comprehensive course integrating history, culture, science and other fields, the teaching quality of “Wine and Wine Culture” is of great significance to students’ comprehensive literacy and cultural cultivation. This paper clarified the background and significance and the contents of the course, and put forward the problems and the strategies and methods to solve them in the course of teaching “Wine and Wine Culture”, with a view to enhancing interest in learning the course and in-depth understanding of the course, and at the same time, improving the quality of teaching, achieving the teaching objectives, and laying a foundation for cultivating of outstanding talents with a global outlook and cross-cultural literacy.
