Wine culture is all social activities related to wine, which is not only material, but also a medium of spiritual life, and occupies an important position in China’s traditional culture. As a comprehensive course integrating history, culture, science and other fields, the teaching quality of “Wine and Wine Culture” is of great significance to students’ comprehensive literacy and cultural cultivation. This paper clarified the background and significance and the contents of the course, and put forward the problems and the strategies and methods to solve them in the course of teaching “Wine and Wine Culture”, with a view to enhancing interest in learning the course and in-depth understanding of the course, and at the same time, improving the quality of teaching, achieving the teaching objectives, and laying a foundation for cultivating of outstanding talents with a global outlook and cross-cultural literacy. %K 《酒与酒文化》, %K 通识教育, %K 教学质量, %K 教学目标
