Abstract:

针对生鲜电商物流配送路径问题,本文在考虑客户满意度和碳排放的情境下,以最小总配送成本、最大客户满意度和最低碳排放量为目标,建立多目标路径优化模型,设计了一种基于局部搜索和NSGA-II算法的混合算法。算例的结果表明,构建的模型能在配送总成本、客户满意度和碳排放量之间取得合理平衡。
In order to solve the problem of fresh e-commerce logistics distribution path, this paper establishes a multi-objective path optimization model with the goal of minimum total distribution cost, maximum customer satisfaction and minimum carbon emission under the condition of considering customer satisfaction and carbon emissions, and designs a hybrid algorithm based on local search and NSGA-II algorithm. The results of the case show that the proposed model can strike a reasonable balance between the total cost of distribution, customer satisfaction and carbon emissions.
