激励策略下数据供应链价值共创演化博弈分析

Abstract:
随着数字技术的应用普及,数据供应链逐步成为学术研究的重点。本研究引入激励策略,构建数据供应链三方主体行为的演化博弈模型,分析其演化稳定策略,进而运用仿真分析来验证模型。研究发现:不同的期望收益会使得系统演化至不同的均衡点,数据供应链的价值共创目标需要三方主体的共同努力。超额收益、激励额度、期望损失等因素均会影响演化策略稳定点,数据服务商应当重视数据产品及服务质量,主动同供应商进行知识共享,获得额外收益;数据供应商应当在约束条件范围内制定合理的激励策略,积极协调其他主体进行价值共创行为,提高数据供应链的效率;用户也需要积极进行数据共享,供需匹配,合作共赢。
With the widespread adoption of digital technology, the data supply chain has gradually become a focal point of academic research. This study introduced incentive strategies and constructed an evolutionary game model for the behavior of the three main parties within the data supply chain. It analyzed their evolutionary stable strategies and verified the model through simulation analysis. The research finds that different expected returns can lead the system to evolve towards different equilibrium points, and the goal of value co-creation in the data supply chain requires the joint efforts of the three main parties. Factors such as excess returns, incentive levels, and expected losses all affect the stability points of evolutionary strategies. Data service providers should prioritize the quality of data products and services, actively engage in knowledge sharing with suppliers to obtain additional benefits; data suppliers should formulate reasonable incentive strategies within constraints, actively coordinate with other parties for value co-creation behaviors, and improve the efficiency of the data supply chain; users also need to actively engage in data sharing, match supply and demand, and achieve win-win cooperation.
