江苏省新能源汽车出口的问题与对策
Problems and Countermeasures of Jiangsu Province’s New Energy Vehicle Exports

新能源汽车产业是战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分，江苏省政府将新能源汽车产业列为重点产业之一。然而，江苏省在新能源汽车贸易出口方面还存在诸如产业发展质态有待提升、企业核心竞争力不强、动力电池等关键技术难突破等问题。本文通过案例分析及国际文献对比，结合统计分析方法，系统剖析江苏省新能源汽车出口现状及其成因，总结归纳了新能源汽车产业发展中存在的问题，并针对当下产业发展形势，提出分阶段实施的解决方案，包括技术合作路径设计、市场多元化策略、政策协同机制及产业链出海模式。
The new energy vehicle industry is an important component of strategic emerging industries. The Jiangsu provincial government has listed the new energy vehicle industry as one of the key industries. However, there are still some problems in the export of new energy vehicles in Jiangsu Province, such as the need to improve the quality of industrial development, weak core competitiveness of enterprises, and difficulties in breaking through key technologies such as power batteries. This paper systematically analyzes the current situation and causes of new energy vehicle exports in Jiangsu Province through case studies and international literature comparisons, combined with statistical analysis methods. It summarizes the problems existing in the development of the new energy vehicle industry and proposes phased solutions based on the current development situation of the industry, including the design of technical cooperation paths, market diversification strategies, policy coordination mechanisms, and overseas expansion models of the industrial chain.
