乡村振兴背景下秦安县农产品电商物流发展现状与对策研究

Abstract:
在乡村振兴战略的推动下,农产品电商物流成为促进农村经济发展、增加农民收入的重要途径。本文以秦安县为研究对象,探讨其农产品电商物流的发展现状、存在问题及相应对策。当前秦安县在农产品电商物流的基础设施建设、电商平台发展及农产品品牌化等方面取得了一定成效,初步形成了县乡村三级电商服务体系,并打造了“秦安苹果”“秦安蜜桃”等区域公用品牌。然而,秦安县农产品电商物流的发展仍面临诸多挑战,包括配套设施不完善、专业人才短缺、品牌影响力不足以及政策支持力度不足等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了加强配套设施建设、培养专业电商物流人才、打造特色农产品品牌以及优化政策环境等对策建议,旨在为秦安县农产品电商物流的可持续发展提供支持和指导。
Under the impetus of the rural revitalization strategy, e-commerce logistics for agricultural products has become an important way to promote rural economic development and increase farmers’ income. This paper takes Qin’an County as the research object to explore the current development status, existing problems and corresponding countermeasures of e-commerce logistics for agricultural products in the county. Currently, Qin’an County has achieved certain results in the infrastructure construction of e-commerce logistics for agricultural products, the development of e-commerce platforms and the branding of agricultural products. It has initially formed a three-level e-commerce service system at the county, township and village levels, and created regional public brands such as “Qin’an Apples” and “Qin’an Peaches”. However, the development of e-commerce logistics for agricultural products in Qin’an County still faces many challenges, including incomplete supporting facilities, shortage of professional talents, insufficient brand influence and inadequate policy support. In response to these problems, this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the construction of supporting facilities, cultivating professional e-commerce logistics talents, creating characteristic agricultural product brands and optimizing the policy environment, aiming to provide support and guidance for the sustainable development of e-commerce logistics for agricultural products in Qin’an County.
