群体性事件发生的诱因及优化传播路径研究

Abstract:
在群体性事件中，信息的真实与虚假、应激心态与理性诉求、民间话语与新闻话语的矛盾与冲突，构成了群体性事件传播控制的复杂性。客观研究不难发现，群体性事件传播中出现的所有问题几乎都和传播的有效性、精准度相关，群体性危机事件传播的有效性与媒体的沟通互动密切相关。新闻传媒只有保持与政府、企业、公众之间的信息互动与沟通，方能构建群体性事件传播的优化模式。
