%X 在群体性事件中&#65292;信息的真实与虚假、应激心态与理性诉求、民间话语与新闻话语的矛盾与冲突&#65292;构成了群体性事件传播控制的复杂性。客观研究不难发现&#65292;群体性事件传播中出现的所有问题几乎都和传播的有效性、精准度相关&#65292;群体性危机事件传播的有效性与媒体的沟通互动密切相关。新闻传媒只有保持与政府、企业、公众之间的信息互动与沟通&#65292;方能构建群体性事件传播的优化模式。<br>The contradictions and conflicts of the information are true and the false in the mass events, the stress state of mind and the rational appeal, civil discourse and news discourse, constitutes the complexity of the control group event propagation.
