绿色金融助力乡村电商发展的挑战与策略探析
Research on the Challenges and Strategies of Green Finance to Help the Development of Rural E-Commerce

乡村振兴战略与我国整体发展、人民生活息息相关，国家政策明确指出要将农村农业置于国家建设的首要地位。实现中国特色社会主义乡村振兴离不开乡村的绿色发展和电商发展，而在助力乡村绿色与电商发展过程中，绿色金融扮演着不可或缺的关键角色。绿色金融不仅支持绿色产业发展，也能助力乡村电商平台的建设与创新，为乡村电商提供可持续发展动力。然而，在推动绿色金融赋能乡村振兴与电商发展的过程中，仍面临金融产品创新不足、农村绿色金融配套机制尚不完善以及专业人才短缺等挑战。针对这些问题，本文提出了一系列针对性的策略，旨在推动绿色金融与乡村电商的结合，促进乡村经济发展与可持续增长。
The Rural Revitalization Strategy is closely related to China’s overall development and the well-being of its people. National policies clearly emphasize the priority of rural agriculture in national construction. The realization of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics is inseparable from the green development and e-commerce development of rural areas. In this process, green finance plays an indispensable and crucial role in supporting both green industry development and the establishment and innovation of rural e-commerce platforms, providing sustainable development impetus for rural e-commerce. However, in promoting the empowerment of rural revitalization and e-commerce development through green finance, challenges such as insufficient financial product innovation, the inadequacy of supporting mechanisms for rural green finance, and a shortage of professional talent still persist. In response to these issues, this paper proposes a series of targeted strategies aimed at integrating green finance with rural e-commerce to foster rural economic development and sustainable growth.
