互联网时代下对于公民隐私权的探究

随着网络技术的疾速发展，大数据技术的快速展开使得大数据时代已经到来，互联网也已经成为了人们的第二个家园。然而伴随着互联网的不断发展，对于公民的隐私权问题也展现了一定的弊端。近年来，公民隐私信息在互联网上遭到散布、泄露的事件越来越多，保护公民隐私刻不容缓。但由于我国目前对于这方面的保护存在一定的问题，即未出台相关的法律、维权成本过高等问题。因此，我们应当积极探索出来一条适用于我国公民隐私信息保护的路径，从而更好地在互联网时代下保护公民的隐私权。
