%X 随着网络技术的疾速发展，大数据技术的快速展开使得大数据时代已经到来，互联网也已经成为了人们的第二个家园。然而伴随着互联网的不断发展，对于公民的隐私权问题也展现了一定的弊端。近年来，公民隐私信息在互联网上遭到散布、泄露的事件越来越多，保护公民隐私刻不容缓。但由于我国目前对于这方面的保护存在一定的问题，即未出台相关的法律、维权成本过高等问题。因此，我们应当积极探索出来一条适用于我国公民隐私信息保护的路径，从而更好地在互联网时代下保护公民的隐私权。
With the rapid development of network technology, the rapid development of big data technology has made the era of big data has come, the Internet has also become the second home of people. However, along with the continuous development of the Internet, the issue of citizens’ privacy has also shown certain disadvantages. In recent years, citizens’ private information on the Internet has been disseminated, leaked more and more incidents, the protection of citizens’ privacy can not be delayed. However, due to the current protection of this aspect of our country there are certain problems, that is, no relevant laws, the cost of defending rights is too high. Therefore, we should actively explore a path applicable to the protection of citizens’ private information in China, so as to better protect citizens’ privacy in the Internet era.
