Abstract:

随着“三亿人上冰雪”这一愿景成为现实,国民对冰雪运动的认知和参与得到极大地提升,为冰雪经济的发展注入新鲜活力,为了持续激发冰雪经济的潜能,许多地区将冰雪产业融入其发展规划之中。随着国家对冰雪运动及冰雪经济的高度重视,吉林省以其丰富的冰雪资源和强大的发展潜力,正在向冰雪旅游产业的全新阶段发展。本文对吉林省冰雪旅游产业进行了SWOT战略分析和发展策略研究,指出了吉林省冰雪产业发展的优势和劣势以及目前面临的机遇和威胁,提出了以提升吉林省冰雪旅游产业竞争力为目标的品牌建设与推广、产业链整合与协同发展、产品创新与差异化发展、人才培养与服务质量提升等策略,旨在把吉林省打造成世界一流的冰雪旅游景区。
As the vision of “300 million people on ice and snow” becomes a reality, the awareness and participation of the public in snow-ice sports have been greatly improved, infusing new vitality into the development of the snow and ice economy. In order to continuously stimulate the potential of the snow and economy, many regions have incorporated the snow and ice industry into their development plans. With the high priority given to snow and ice sports and the snow and ice economy the state, Jilin Province, with its rich snow and ice resources and strong development potential, is moving towards a new stage in the development of its snow ice tourism industry. This paper conducts a SWOT strategic analysis and development strategy research on Jilin Province’s snow and ice tourism industry, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of Jilin Province’s snow and ice industry development, as well as the opportunities and threats it faces. It also proposes strategies such as brand building and, industrial chain integration and coordinated development, product innovation and differentiated development, talent training and service quality improvement, aiming to build Jilin Province into a world-class ice and snow tourism destination.
