智慧医院协同办公系统设计与应用
Design and Application of a Collaborative Office System for Smart Hospitals

随着信息技术的飞速发展，“互联网 + 医疗健康”日益成为一种新型医疗服务模式，而智慧医院协同办公系统作为新型服务模式的重要组成部分，在医院管理中发挥着不可忽视的作用。本文梳理某综合性三甲医院原办公系统面临的挑战，分析新系统的建设需求，设计系统架构、功能模块，并对系统应用效果进行测试。系统应用测试结果表明，与原系统相比提高了工作效率、优化了管理流程、提升了服务质量，为助力智慧医院发展，推动高质量协同办公系统的建设提供科学参考。
With the rapid development of information technology, “Internet + medical health” has increasingly become a new medical service model. As an important part of the new service model, the cooperative office system of an intelligent hospital plays an important role in its management. This article outlines the challenges faced by the original office system of a comprehensive tertiary hospital, analyzes the construction requirements of the new system, designs the system architecture and functional modules, and tests the application effectiveness of the system. The system application test results show that, compared with the original system, it has improved work efficiency, optimized management processes, and enhanced service quality, providing scientific reference for promoting the development of intelligent hospitals and the construction of a high-quality collaborative office system.
