杨旭东运用补阳还五汤治疗难治性抽动障碍经验
Experience of Yang Xudong in Treating Refractory Tic Disorders with Buyang Huanwu Decoction

难治性抽动障碍是近年新提出的一种概念，目前常规西药药物疗效不佳，手术缺乏循证医学依据，症状迁延难愈，严重影响患儿及整个家庭的生活质量。中医药治疗难治性抽动障碍优势突出，但缺乏系统、有效的临床实例报道。杨旭东主任通过对难治性抽动障碍的长期临床研究，从“风、虚、痰、瘀”入手，提出益气活血，祛风通络之治法。文章附案例一则介绍其临床经验，以期提供临床疗效确切的治疗思路与方法，改善患儿生活质量。
Refractory tic disorder represents an emerging concept that has gained attention in recent years. Conventional Western medical treatments have shown limited effectiveness, while surgical interventions lack robust evidence-based support. The persistent nature of the symptoms poses significant challenges for treatment and severely impacts the quality of life for affected children and their families. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers notable advantages in managing refractory tic disorder; however, there is a scarcity of comprehensive and effective clinical case studies. Based on extensive long-term clinical research, Director Yang Xudong has developed a therapeutic approach focusing on enhancing qi, improving blood circulation, expelling wind, and unblocking meridians, addressing the aspects of “wind, deficiency, phlegm, and stasis”. This paper presents a case study to illustrate his clinical insights, aiming to provide a treatment strategy with proven efficacy and enhance the quality of life for pediatric patients.
